New Design for Camilla’s Secrets

Dear readers,                                                                                                                                                                                   with with great joy, I welcome you to the new home of Camilla’s Secrets. Perhaps I should say graphic design but for me it’s a real house, a bin of my thoughts and my passions where I’m able to host you whenever you want and where you can feel at ease.  For this reason the first thing I choose to do is showing you the modifications have been made.

In the Home Slideshow you can find posts in evidence, “my favourite”, the ones I wish every one of you looked and read. Below you see two of  the most recent posts. Scrolling again, you’ll find two of the website news I love more: the categories. In the box you can see a short presentation of the categories I chose to insert and latest post for each of them; we have Outfits, Travel, Video, Interior Design, Puppies.

Now I introduce you each category. Let’s start with their names. I chose to use a generic name to make sure to not create confusion with the contents, but clicking on the individual categories you will discover they have specific names. In addition each of them has an icon-symbol that characterizes it.

Let’s start by Outfits –> in this category, as you can imagine, you will find all my outfits, more elegant, more sporting, more glam, more bon-ton, more rock, then my style expressed with my looks. The symbol of this category is a stylized doll that I tried to look as much as possible to my profile.

The next category is Travel –> One of my greatest passion, I think as many of you, is travelling. Unfortunately, in recent years I didn’t have the opportunity to make many trips outside Europe. I will in next months/years and I will take you with me to discover the world through my eyes, my stories and my pictures. A map seemed to me he most suitable symbol, and since I can not wait to take you through Camilla’s Secrets to see the world, what better name than “Around the World”

The third category I want to talk you is Video –> its icon is a video camera, exactly the way I most love to design a video camera. I have many projects in my mind for this category, for the moment I can not reveal too much but stay tuned !!

Here comes another category, a category that I care a lot, Interior Design –> I’ve always had a great passion for furnitures and so I decided to add it to my site but you know, in life you can not do everything yourself. Having a blog is a bit like having a company and a good entrepreneur is one who realizes that he can not handle it all personally but who knows how to choose his staff. Even if, as I said, I’m not the only person who will write in this section, I am that I chose his name and designed its logo: Escape. Escape is an English word that means flight, evasion; actually this is what I wish all the site Camilla’s Secrets, not just one of its sections, represent for you … an escape from life’s problems, worries, anxieties for unresolved issues, a time for you, where you can grow with me and other authors of Camilla’s Secrets your passions and your dreams;  an escape from the world and also an escape from everything is usual and repetitive. The furniture section of Camilla’s Secrets has in mind to promote a kind of interior design that is innovative, and customized, without giving up passion for the old French style. Its symbol, a Provencal love seat.

Finally, the last category, that does not concern me or arts or passions, it’s dedicated to a form of life, one of the sweetest and loyalest: Puppies –>  The protagonist of this section is the little Grace, my beloved poodle, often defined as “my sister”. She gladdens my days and she makes me realize every day how much love can give you a pet. Obviously the symbol of this category is my Sweet Grace in stylized poodle version.

Now that I have told you all the news of my site, I get back to his home. You find in the box below categories, recent posts, always divided by topics (Outfits, Travel, Video, Interior Design, puppies) and concluding, the home photo of my old website, that you’ve surely rembered. As good dreamer as I am, I love the future and I look forward to everything has in store for me, with curiosity and optimism but I can never tear myself away from my past. As Oscar Wilde wrote: <> Winston Churchill would have added decades later: <>   And forward is exactly the button I want to press now, with your help, FORWARD along with Camilla’s Secrets towards new projects that await us, with the intention of maintaining that uniqueness that has always characterized it, trying to give you the best part of me and find, along the way, your most hidden treasure: your heart and your emotions.
